I am a native of Colorado City and have a deep love for the community and area. I was appointed the Town Manager in April 2018 after having worked as the Town Clerk since 2007. As the Town Manager I am responsible for the day to day operations ensuring that the Town runs efficiently, implementing the policies set forth by the Town Council, providing administrative oversight of all operations, managing the budget and finances of the Town and working closely with our sister city of Hildale, UT as most services are provided jointly for both municipalities through several IGAs.

As the Town Clerk, I am often the first contact the public has with the Town. This office is responsible for business licensing, tax & revenue issues, elections, meetings (with the agenda preparation, posting, etc.), town records, etc., revenue tracking, accounts payable, payroll processing and monitoring the budgets, etc.

As the Deputy Clerk and Payroll Clerk, I assist and support the Town Clerk in their duties, maintain Council meeting minutes, process payroll, and maintain employee payroll records.
