Notice to the residents and landowners in the Town of Colorado City, Arizona, the residents and landowners of Hildale Utah and the residents and landowners of the lands in Mohave County, Arizona in the immediate vicinity of the Town of Colorado City.

The Town of Colorado City Planning Commission will be holding a Citizen Review Work Session at 25 South Central Street (the Town Hall) on Thursday July 25, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. MDT

To discuss proposed text amendments to the Town of Colorado City Zoning Code, 152.0045 (CC) to allow multi- family dwellings in some single-family residential zones with a conditional use permit in accordance with the standards in §152.091

The Town of Colorado City Planning Commission will be holding a Public Hearing to consider a Zoning Code Text Amendment for the Town of Colorado City. The Public Hearing will be held by the Planning Commission at 25 South Central Street (the Town Hall) on Monday August 5, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. MDT.
